Hilary Duff is still on her book tour, here promoting her new book, Elixir, in Chicago. While Hilary has been seen in more modern outfits on this tour, here she goes a little more elegant in a black tank, Robert Rodriguez skirt, and Brian Atwood Maniac pumps. She definitely mixes up her outfit well with these beige shoes, as most of us would have grabbed black shoes. These pumps are wonderful neutrals that Hilary has worn over and over with a variety of outfits. Recently Hilary wore these designer shoes to Live with Regis and Kelly, and before that when at the 6th Annual BGC Charity Day in New York City.
